0 Whisk together the mashed banana, honey, olive oil and egg in a mixing bowl. 1 Add in the oat flour, almond flour, shredded coconut and baking powder. Mix until combined. 2 Heat and grease a waffle iron. Spoon the batter onto the iron. Cook for the recommended time based on your waffle iron.
